Sales Order Process and Scanning

  1. Under “Order Management”, click on “Scan Sales Orders”.

  2. Refer to the pick sheet and scan the barcode to access the edit order page, or select the order manually.

  3. This is the edit order page.

    • The top table is the suggestion list. This lists the sales order products and the quantities that need to be picked up. The “Avail” column specifies the amount of a product that is available at this location.

    • The “Need” column specified the amount of the product suggested to be picked up from this location.

    • The bottom table is the status list. This lists the sales order product scanned/picked up status.

  4. Go to the specified Location # to retrieve the item listed.

  5. At the location of the product, scan the Lot # first to load the location options.

  6. The location dropdown will now show a list of locations. You may now scan the Location # barcode.

  7. The quantity field will now populate. To increase the quantity, scan the Lot #.. Once the desired quantity is met, click “Add”.

  8. The product will now update in both tables to show that you have picked up the product.

  9. If the location is virtual, you may click “Add” for the product, then click the “Add” button on the top once, to complete the process.

  10. For a catch weight product, you will need to scan the catch weight label.

    • Scan the catch weight label or enter the weight.

      Note: Please make sure to not overscan. The system will give you an error for overscan and will not let you proceed.

      If you intend to scan more than the expected quantity, the order quantity must first be edited on the sales order.

    • If entering the weight manually, please make sure to click “Add” to process the data.

    • Click “Close” to complete the process after confirming the values.

  11. Repeat the process for the other items.

    • Go to the Location #.

    • Scan the products to be picked up, and select “Add”.

    • Confirm the process in the system.

  12. Once all products on the sales order are picked up and processed, confirm and click save to close the sales order.

    Note: If you will not pick up all the orders at once, you can also click save to save your progress.

  13. The process is now complete. Otherwise, If all the items have not been picked up and scanned, the pick status will show as “Partial”. You may return to finish the process later.
