Looking Up Past Audits

In the KSB Program, you may click on "Audit List" in the Main Menu to access all past audits.

This page will display all audits that are on the KSB System, sorted from newest to oldest. Here, you can click on the Audit ID to directly view the audit scoring details. You may also click on the View button on the right to View the site data associated with this audit.

To search the audit list by a specific site, type in the address, clinic name, or DHCS Site ID into the search field and click on "search".
