# MRR JSON File
Step 1: Conduct the Audit
Step 2: Preparing a PHI-redacted eTool for upload
* Save an additional copy of the eTool, concatenating “redacted” or “No-PHI” or any identifier
* On this redacted tool, In the Medical Record Reference Tab, click on the "-" to remove PHI from this copy of the tool.
* Save the changes. This will be the copy of the eTool that gets uploaded to KSB
Step 3: Uploading the eTool
* Upload the PHI-redacted copy of the eTool to KSB.
Step 4: Downloading JSON format data for MSRP upload (pending official schema from DHCS)
* Locate the audit by audit id on the KSB system.
* Access the audit on the Audit scoring page
* Click on the “Create JSON File” button to download a copy of the audit data in MSRP’s JSON format. This will be downloaded to your computer. *Important to note: This does not contain PHI.*
Step 5: Combine the downloaded JSON file with PHI located on the local non-redacted copy of the eTool

* Access the Medical Record Reference Tab on the original eTool, and click on "Complete MRR JSON File"
* Locate and select the previously downloaded JSON file from KSB.
* The PHI in the original eTool will now be added to the downloaded JSON file, creating a complete JSON file ready for upload into MSRP. *Important to note: This file is not accessible by KSB.*
