Corrective Action Plan (All Open CAPS)

This report will show all open and ongoing CAPs for all audited sites. An open CAP is one that has not been resolved or closed.

On the web version, the following information is displayed.

• Audit ID

• FSR/MRR Review Date

• FSR/MRR Reviewer

• FSR/MRR/ CE Cap Due Date

• Type of Review

The excel spreadsheet will show similar information, as well as includes notes left by the previous reviewer.

The data here may be useful to keep track of all clinics with ongoing CAPs to be addressed.
