KSB FSR Audit Tracker

This page will cover how the Audit Tracker in KSB's FSR program is used.

The Audit Tracker report is a very useful tool for conducting FSR audits. The report keeps track of what upcoming audits are to be conducted. Downloading the excel version of this report will also give you a row of information to be copied over to the eTool template.

This is how you can access the Audit Tracker.

After logging into the KSB program, click on the Reports button in the menu. Then, in the list of reports, find the Audit Tracker report and click on 'open'.

This will take you to the audit tracker report, where you can also download the excel report.Click on the 'Excel' button to download the file.

The excel sheet will have a list of all audits/sites with upcoming audits to be conducted. Here, copy the row needed, and paste it into the Template tab of the FSR tool. You can find more information on the template tab here.
