In this Notes tab, reviewers can enter useful information and notes about the site or audit.
The Reviewer Alerts and Reminders section is used for “private” notable details related to the location or clinic that will be included in subsequent audits. These alerts should be helpful for the reviewer in the next review cycle. The notes will be logged with the site on the KSB system.
The Notes & Communication log is used to indicate details about the specific audit, such as scheduling, audit outcome, CAP follow-up, incoming/outbound correspondences, final CAP, audit completion, etc.
These are populated from the Template by default but can be customized directly here.
