The MRR scoring sections mirror the look of the DHCS MRR Tool. All β1β and βnaβ scores are prefilled based on the age and gender indicated on the Medical Records Reference tab. These fields are prefilled to save time and increase efficiency for the reviewer.
A very useful feature in the MRR Scoring sections is the automatic comment writer. By using this tool, the reviewer can generate comments for multiple records and their respective scores at once. Reviewers can simply click on β+β to generate these comments.
Updated as of 7/1/2023: MRR scoring sections now contain a member refusal option, denoted as "r". Bolded questions will allow the new option.
Only score either the Pediatric or Adult Preventive Care section per record.
When reviewing records for members who are receiving perinatal care from an OB/GYN-PCP, the reviewer must score the OB/GYN CPSP and either the Pediatric or Adult Preventive Care section (depending on the patient's age). For example, if we have 10 records in the medical record reference. We can score records 1-5 for Pediatric Preventive, and 6-10 for Adult Preventive.
