9. CAP Tool

The eTool generates a customized CAP Tool based on all deficiencies identified in the FSR/MRR section.

The CAP Tool mirrors the format of the DHCS-approved CAP Tool.

We can filter by "x" to alter the sheet to show a customized cap tool for this audit.

For each deficiency noted, the reviewer can indicate multiple recommended corrective actions. By default, the recommended corrective action for each deficiency is set to the most common recommendation.

For the FSR section, the comments for the respective deficiencies are referenced verbatim.

For the MRR section, the number of deficient records are indicated. If the site has an exempted pass in MRR, but has deficiencies, those will still be flagged in the CAP tool but as a recommendation or “FYI” only.
