To begin, The MCP-assigned staff will access the audit tracker in the KSB program. By doing so, they will be able to find information on upcoming audits to be conducted. \

From the Audit Tracker, they can copy the desired row onto the 2nd row of the Template. The column headers on this Template tab are identical.

After the audit tracker information has been copied into the template, we can continue completing the rest of the template tab.

Starting from the demographic portion, the reviewer can enter the number of each respective provider and personnel type at the site.

The reviewer would also enter their reviewer information below, such as name, reviewer ID, job title, etc.

Here you can also see the version code, generation, and control code for this eTool. This helps reviewers to know that they are using the most up-to-date tool compliant with new DHCS standards.&#x20;

The information in this Template tab will auto-populate all sections of the FSR eTool, requiring less repetitive manual entry by the reviewer.
