# 10. Pending CAP Item List

The Pending CAP Item List is a useful tool to help CAP reviewers keep track of which CAPs have been addressed by the clinic. To generate an accurate list, the reviewer will filter by "x" under the "Pending" column. This will filter out all the corrective actions assigned by the reviewer in the CAP Tool.

As CAPs are completed, the reviewer can remove them from the list. If there are any actions still pending, the review can print out this form and distribute it to the clinic. This will serve as the notice and reminder to the clinic to complete the corrective action in a more timely manner.
