Appointment (Appt)

The Appointment Tab is useful for notifying the clinic ahead of time of the review. This is especially helpful to clinics to prepare in advance the required materials to be reviewed, such as patient medical records, and anything else required by the reviewer. The contact information and dates are captured from the Template Tab of the eTool. The letter contents may be customized as needed.
