1. Generate an Audit ID

To upload the tool to KSB, first, the MCP-assigned staff needs to generate an Audit ID for the audit.

To do that, follow the below steps:

1. Click on View Data

2. Search for the Site using Address, License/Name, or KSB Site No.

   1. If a DHCS Site ID is available, click on the 'DHCS Site ID' Tab, and enter the ID in the 'DHCS ID' field.

      
3. Once the correct site is identified, click on "Select" to load the site data.

4. Return to the View Data tab. The reviewer can now generate an Audit ID for this audit.

   
5. Click on "Create FSR A (FSR)" to create a new audit. This will generate an Audit ID in our system.

6. Copy the generated Audit ID into the Audit ID field in the Submission tab of the eTool.
