FSR Comments

In the FSR Tool, each question is accompanied by a comment field. As required by DHCS, reviewers are to make a comment if the answer to a question is No, or "N/A". These answers are saved to the KSB system when uploading the eTool. It is also possible to modify the comments here if the reviewer would like to make changes. After making the desired comment changes, click on "Save" to save the changes.
