For MRR sections in the eTool, relevant ‘0’, 'na', and 'r' comments are generated for each MRR scoring section. The reviewer will score the MRR section, and click on the "+" button to generate these comments.
As of 7/1/2023, a new MRR scoring option has been introduced. A 'r' scoring signifies a member's refusal for the specific criteria.
