Step 1: Accessing the Manage Payment Page
Log in to the KSB Meat program and navigate to the "Manage Payment" page in Account Payable.
Step 2: Viewing Payment Records
On the Manage Payment page, you will see a table displaying your payment records.
Each row represents a payment entry with relevant details such as Payment Number, Payment Date, Vendor, and Payment Amount.
Scroll through the table to view all the payment records.
Step 3: Searching for Payment Records
If you need to search for specific payment records, use the search functionality provided.
Enter relevant search criteria such as Payment Number, Vendor Name, or Payment Date in the search fields.
Click the "Search" button to perform the search.
The table will update to display the matching payment records based on your search criteria.
Step 4: Creating a New Payment
To create a new payment, click on the "New Payment" button.
The system will open a new payment entry form.
Fill in the required details such as Bank, Check No, Check date, Payment Method, and Payment Status .
If you want to apply the payment to specific invoices, click on the "Unapplied Invoices" button to view the list of unapplied invoices for the selected vendor.
Select the invoices you want to apply the payment to by checking the corresponding checkboxes.
Enter the payment amounts for each invoice, if applicable.
Click the "Save & Preview" button to save the new payment entry and preview it without posting the payment.
If you are ready to post the payment and prepare a check for printing, click the "Post & Print" button. Note that the check printing function only supports LaserJet printers, and the check format (top or middle) can be configured by the system administrator.
Alternatively, if you want to save the payment without posting it, click the "Save & Exit" button.
By following these steps, you can effectively use the Manage Payment feature in the KSB Meat program to view, search and create payment records. Additionally, you can also access the list of unpaid invoices associated with each vendor for better payment management.
