Step 1: Access the Manage Order Page
Open the catch weight app on the scanner device.
Navigate to the "Manage Order" page within the app.
Step 2: Scan the Picking Sheet or Select the Sale Order
Using the scanner, scan the barcode on the picking sheet provided for the order.
Alternatively, if the picking sheet doesn't have a barcode, locate the sale order in the list and select it.
Step 3: View Sale Order Items
Once you have accessed the order, you will see a list of all the sale order items on the screen.
You can start picking from any order on the list.
Step 4: Pick Sell by Qty and Fixed Weight Items
For items that are sold by quantity (sell by qty) or have a fixed weight, simply type the scanned quantity on the scanner device.
Proceed to the next item once you have entered the quantity.
Step 5: Pick Catch Weight Items
For catch weight items, click on the "Scan" button within the app.
Use the scanner to scan the catch weight label affixed to the item.
If the catch weight label is not scannable, manually type in the weight using the scanner device.
After entering the weight, click "Save" to record the picked weight.
Step 6: Repeat for All Sale Order Items
Continue scanning and picking the remaining items on the sale order list.
Repeat steps 4 and 5 for each item until all items have been picked.
Step 7: Save the Order
Once you have scanned and picked all the sale order items, click on the "Save" button within the app to save the order.
Note : After saving the order, the picking status will be automatically updated to "Completed" within the app.
