Step 1: Accessing Role List
Log in to the KSB Meat program and navigate to the "Manage Role" page. The Manage Role page is under the Admin page .
Step 2: Role Management Options
Edit Role: To edit a role's information:
Locate the role in the role list.
Click on the "Edit" option or button next to the role's information.
Update the desired fields, such as role name and permissions.
Click the "Update" button to save the changes.
Add Role: To add a new role to the program:
Click on the "Add Role" button at the top of the page.
Enter a unique role name for the new role.
Select the permissions and access rights for the role.
Click the "Save" button to add the new role.
Delete Role: To delete a role from the program:
Locate the role in the role list.
Click on the "Delete" option or button next to the role's information.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Step 3: Managing Role Permissions
Edit Role Permissions: To modify the permissions and access rights for a role:
Locate the role in the role list.
Click on the "Edit" option or button next to the role's information.
Update the desired permissions and access rights for the role.
Click the "Update" button to save the changes.
Step 4: Assigning Roles to Users
Assign Role to User: To assign a role to a user:
Locate the user in the user list.
Click on the "Edit" option or button next to the user's information.
Select the desired role from the available roles.
Click the "Update" button to save the changes.
