Step 1: Open the Delivery App
On your device, locate and open the delivery app.
Step 2: Access the "Invoice Signature" Option
Look for the option labeled "Invoice Signature" within the app's menu or interface.
Tap on the "Invoice Signature" option to proceed.
Step 3: Scan the Invoice Barcode
Position your scanner's camera over the invoice barcode.
Make sure the barcode is properly aligned within the scanning frame.
The app should automatically detect and scan the barcode.
Step 4: Enter Signature Person's Name
After scanning the invoice barcode, a interface for the signature person's name should appear.
Type the name of the person who will be signing the invoice on behalf of the recipient.
Step 5: Customer Signature
Ask the customer to provide their signature on the device's screen.
Ensure that the signature is clear and legible.
Step 6: Enter Pallet Information
Inquire about the number of pallets being shipped.
Note this information in the designated field within the app.
Step 7: Enter Returned pallet qty
Input the quantity of returned pallet
Step 8: Additional Remarks or Instructions
Provide the customer with an option to leave any additional remarks or instructions.
They can record their voice to the remarks field.
Step 9: Capture a Picture
Take a clear picture of the delivered items using the app's camera feature.
Ensure that the image captures all relevant details accurately.
Step 10: Save the Information
Tap the "Save" button within the app to save all the entered information.
