This report offers valuable insights into the extensive range of existing inventory, along with a unique feature that allows users to view historical data. The inventory list provides detailed information about each product, including the product name, LocationID, on-hand quantity, order (PO) details, on-hand weight, cost, and total value. Additionally, the backdate feature allows users to access historical data and observe the product availability in the warehouse up until a specific date.
Step 1: Filtering options to customize the report's parameters.
As Of Date: Specify the date until which the information should be considered.
Product Status Options: Select one of the following: All, Active, On Hold, or Inactive items.
Show Only Products with Positive On-Hand Quantities: Displaying only items with a positive on-hand quantity.
Report Format: Select the desired format for the report output, either PDF or Excel.
Step 2: Click the "Run Report" button
Locate the "Run Report" button and click on it.
This triggers the system to process and generate the report based on the provided criteria.
Step 3: Wait for the report to generate
Depending on the volume of data and complexity of the report, it may take some time for the system to process and generate the report.
Please be patient while the system completes this task.
Step 4: Review the report
Once the report is generated, it will be displayed on the screen.
Carefully review the report, focusing on the information about the number of each column and rows.
Step 5: Save or export the report
If needed, save or export the report for future reference or to share it with others within your organization.
This ensures that you retain the data and can access it whenever necessary.
