Edit regions
The purpose of this function is to edit existing regions in the system and make changes as necessary.
Step 1: Accessing Region Editing
Click on "Edit Region" under System code, on the Admin Page.
Step 2: Viewing Existing Regions
On the region editing page, you will see a table displaying the regions that have already been added to the system.
Take note of the region codes and descriptions for reference.
Step 3: Adding a New Region
To add a new region, locate the region code and description fields at the top of the page.
Enter a unique region code in the "Region Code" field.
Enter a description for the region in the "Description" field.
Click "Add New"
Step 4: Making Changes
To edit an existing region, locate the desired region in the table.
Click on the region to select it for editing.
Step 5: Repeat Steps 3 for Other Regions (Optional)
If you need to add additional regions, repeat step 3 for each region.
