Edit regions

The purpose of this function is to edit existing regions in the system and make changes as necessary.

Step 1: Accessing Region Editing

  • Click on "Edit Region" under System code, on the Admin Page.

Step 2: Viewing Existing Regions

  • On the region editing page, you will see a table displaying the regions that have already been added to the system.

  • Take note of the region codes and descriptions for reference.

Step 3: Adding a New Region

  • To add a new region, locate the region code and description fields at the top of the page.

  • Enter a unique region code in the "Region Code" field.

  • Enter a description for the region in the "Description" field.

  • Click "Add New"

Step 4: Making Changes

  • To edit an existing region, locate the desired region in the table.

  • Click on the region to select it for editing.

Step 5: Repeat Steps 3 for Other Regions (Optional)

  • If you need to add additional regions, repeat step 3 for each region.
